All online orders placed before 8:30AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) will be processed the same business day, and orders placed after will be processed the following business day.
Please note that we are not opened on weekends and only work Monday to Friday. All orders made after the 8:30AM cut off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
Our main shipping service for Domestic US Customer is UPS or US-MAIL. When you check out on the website it will give you a delivery time frame. Please note that US-MAIL is never guaranteed, but UPS can guarantee delivery. If you need something urgently and want to make sure it arrives on time, please contact us.
